We got and offer on the house and have come to an agreement. We have a closing date of February 27. So, as long as we do not have any problems or glitches, we should have our house officially sold by then. Keep your fingers crossed!!!!!!
It's only been 7 1/2 months, so we are thrilled.
I am still in Seattle, but will be back on Thursday.

Yeah, this is great news! Congrats! Sorry it wasn't as much as you had hoped, but at least you can officially move on from the Valley of the Sun. Can't wait to hear more about it!
