2 month Check-up

Today was Caden's 2 month check-up.

His stats are:
Weight: 8 pounds 14 ounces
Height: 21 inches (this is what they measured him when he was born, but is the first time he actually is this long)

He has gained 1 pound 12 ounces in 2 months.

He is still in the 35th percentile for his weight. The doctor says this is normal since he has always been a small baby. He is continuing to breastfeed with some formula feeds thrown in for good measure.

We asked the doctor about the different brands of formula, and with daycare starting soon, could we switch to Costco formula. He said that pretty much all the formula is the same, so go ahead and switch. We are looking forward to that huge cost savings as soon as he starts eating more formula.

Our friend Logan is in the 5th percentile and is considered perfectly healthy - Caden is doing great all the way up in the 35th! :) Also, we just switched to Costco (our doctor said the same thing) but Andrew hasn't poo'd since we made the switch. I hope he catches on...you save so much with Costco!! Good luck!

Glad to hear your doctor agrees all formulas are basically the same. We've been feeding Charlie Costco formula for about 4 months now and he does just fine with it.
